1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using services from Livic Surveys and Infra Private Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Service Provision

All surveying, engineering, and construction services are provided subject to site conditions and regulatory approvals. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services without prior notice.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate property information, necessary documents, and site access. Delays caused by incomplete client requirements may affect project timelines and costs.

4. Fees and Payments

All fees are quoted in INR and payable as per agreed schedules. Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month. Survey results remain our property until full payment is received.

5. Liability Limitations

Our liability is limited to the service fee paid. We are not responsible for third-party actions, natural events, or pre-existing site conditions affecting project outcomes.

6. Intellectual Property

All survey data, drawings, and reports are proprietary. Clients receive usage rights for their specific project but may not reproduce or share materials without written consent.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first attempt resolution through mediation in Hyderabad. Unresolved disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Telangana courts.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, government actions, or utility failures.

9. Amendments

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the state of Telangana.
